By God’s grace we will help the members of our church to be godly effective people.
Our goal is to help develop members who are………………….

1. People who continually seek to know the Heavenly Father. They will hungrily pursue Christ’s heart, seeking to know Him, to follow His will and to share His values. This should become the agenda for our personal lives as well as for the corporate life of the church.

2. People of solid Biblical teaching. They will seek to understand the whole counsel of God, with lives and teaching that will reflect what we have come to understand and embrace as the standard of sound words from the Bible and have been articulated in our ten article Statement of Faith.

3. People who love the church, the family of God. They will seek to embrace Christ’s love for the Church as their personal charge. They will recognize it as the heart, soul and business of God. They will lead the church to invest in the mission of the Church worldwide.

4. People who are servant leaders. They will seek to submit themselves to Christ, to bring about His will in the church and to sacrifice as He did to build up the faith of those in our community.

5. People who are yielded and humble. They will seek to eagerly take their orders from the Lord and willingly accept accountability from fellow leaders so that they remain spiritually refreshed and dynamically effective their ministry. They will seek to esteem others as better than themselves.

6. People who are teachable. They will seek from God and others to grow in wisdom regarding the Lord, regarding life skills, regarding relationships, and regarding the work of ministry.

7. People who understand the times. They will be learning to deal wisely with the culture in this place of ministry, and will know how to rightly apply God’s truth to the practical issues of our culture and in our community.

8. People of integrity. They will be people who are the same inside and out, knowing they are accountable to God Almighty. They will seek to value the things of God more than money, more than this world’s goods, more than this world’s pleasure and / or praise.

9. People who are transparent. They will seek to have no hidden agendas, being open with regard to their own failures and weaknesses, and be known as authentic and sincere.

10. People who intentionally reproduce themselves. They will seek to pass on the principles of the Christian life so the future generations will know Jesus as the Way, the Truth, and the Life. As scripture teaches, And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable people who will be able to teach others. (2 Tim. 2.2)

Remember, we are all a work in progress, and God, our heavenly Father, is not finished with us yet!
